Anti-Drug Cell
Ethics University is committed to maintaining a safe,
supportive and drug-free academic environment through
awareness, prevention, counselling, responsible reporting
and coordinated campus initiatives.
The Anti-Drug Cell is established to promote
awareness regarding the harmful effects of drug abuse and to
support a safe and healthy campus environment. The Cell works
towards prevention, education, counselling, community
participation and appropriate institutional action in accordance
with applicable university policies and government directives.

promoting healthy and responsible choices, encouraging access
to counselling and rehabilitation support, and developing the
capacity of faculty, staff and student leaders to respond to

Objective 01
Prevention of Drug Abuse
Raise awareness about the dangers and risks associated with
drug abuse and encourage students and staff to avoid substance
misuse.

Encourage access to counselling, rehabilitation programmes
and appropriate support resources for individuals affected
by substance-related concerns.

Awareness & Education
Organise workshops, seminars, campaigns and educational
programmes highlighting the health, social and legal

Coordinate with appropriate health organisations, authorities,

Conduct seminars, guest lectures, workshops and awareness
programmes to inform the campus community about the risks
and consequences of drug abuse.

Facilitate access to appropriate academic, personal and
wellbeing support for students experiencing drug-related
concerns.

External Collaboration
Coordinate with relevant external agencies and community
organisations to strengthen prevention, awareness and
support activities.

Support awareness and training initiatives for faculty,
staff and student leaders so that concerns can be identified
and addressed responsibly.
