The SEDG Cell at Ethics University ensures protection of constitutional rights, dignity, and equal access to education. It works in coordination with SC/ST Cell, Equal Opportunity Cell, and Women Empowerment Committee to promote inclusivity.

Ethics University ensures participation of senior faculty and external academic experts in governance. Members include the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, HODs, and external experts from academia and industry.
