The Application or Registration Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of admission status or subsequent withdrawal, except where otherwise specifically provided by applicable rules or institutional policy.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• Requests received before commencement are considered according to applicable refund norms.
• Requests after commencement are reviewed according to the applicable timeline.
• False information or ineligibility may affect refund eligibility.

Fees relating to examination, evaluation, thesis submission, practical assessment or viva may become non-refundable once the relevant process has commenced.

Where a programme is cancelled by the University for administrative reasons, eligible fees may be refunded in accordance with the applicable institutional policy and regulatory requirements.

Submission of false documents, incorrect information, misrepresentation or violation of university rules may result in cancellation of admission and may affect refund eligibility.

• Submit a written cancellation / refund request.
• Attach the applicable fee receipt and valid ID proof.
• Provide accurate bank account details where required.
• Eligible refunds are processed through official banking channels.
