Refund Policy Ethics University

At Ethics University, we are committed to providing high-quality education and student satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for tuition and other fees.

Admission Fee

The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the student is granted admission and has paid the fee.

Cancellation by the University:

If a course or program is cancelled by Ethics University due to unforeseen reasons, students will receive a full refund, including the admission fee.

Non-Refundable Fees/Cases:

Amount paid for Application fee, Processing fee, Late fee, Entrance fee, Program Transfer Fee and other charges is non-refundable under all circumstances, unless otherwise specifically prescribed as refundable.

If in any case, a candidate has unknowingly or wilfully concealed or suppressed any information/fact or if found impersonating or using any fraudulent means for getting the admission in the University, which renders him ineligible for the admission or otherwise if a candidate is allowed to admit provisionally but fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria; the admission of such an applicant shall be cancelled and/ or he/she will be liable to disciplinary action(s) as decided by the University and/or as per the law of land. That candidate shall have no claim of refund of fee or other charges already paid or otherwise, whatsoever against the University.

Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar Office with supporting documentation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the completed request.
  • Any amount, if refunded, will be in Indian Currency only.

Refund if any payable shall be without any interest thereon and candidate/parent/ guardian shall have no claim or demand/claim interest on fee paid/ refund amount if any from university

Special Cases:

Requests based on medical emergencies or extraordinary situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the university administration.

Cancellation of Admission for furnishing Incorrect information

The admission of a student is liable to be cancelled at any time, on being found, ineligible or unfit for admission, or of using fraudulent means for securing admission or otherwise or if any of the statements made by him/her is found false or incorrect or otherwise and the University shall have the right to take such other disciplinary action and/or penalty, as decided by the university, against such a student as per the policy and the Rules of the University In such case, the fee deposited by the student shall be forfeited and he/she shall also be liable to pay the pending fee for the remaining duration of the course and dues, penalty, etc. if any.
