Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

Promoting academic excellence, innovation and continuous quality improvement across teaching, learning, research, governance and student engagement at Ethics University.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Ethics University works towards developing and maintaining a culture of continuous quality improvement. The IQAC supports systematic monitoring of academic and administrative processes and facilitates quality enhancement initiatives across the university.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell is constituted to systematically review and enhance academic and administrative quality at Ethics University.

Its primary focus includes implementing benchmarks, monitoring outcomes, facilitating accreditation processes and promoting innovation and excellence in higher education.

    Implement academic and administrative benchmarks in line with applicable UGC and NAAC quality assurance frameworks.
  • Student-Centric Learning
    Enhance teaching-learning processes, encourage student participation and support faculty development initiatives.
  • Research & Innovation
    Promote research projects, consultancy, publications and innovative teaching practices across academic departments.
  • Feedback Mechanisms
    Collect, analyse and use stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and strengthen institutional quality.
  • Accreditation Facilitation
    Support preparation of Annual Quality Assurance Reports and facilitate applicable accreditation and quality assessment processes.

Coordinate with national and international institutions for academic, research and quality enhancement initiatives.

  • Feedback mechanisms and quality-related documentation are maintained for accountability and improvement.
  • Annual Quality Assurance Reports and relevant institutional records are prepared and maintained as applicable.
  • The IQAC supports research, innovation and faculty-student development initiatives.
