Discipline Committee
Maintaining academic integrity, responsible student conduct
and a safe, respectful and ethical campus environment at
Ethics University.
The Discipline Committee ensures adherence to
university rules, applicable regulations and the institutional
code of conduct. The committee addresses reported cases of
misconduct, promotes accountability and supports a safe,
respectful and ethical academic environment for students and
staff.

About the Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee is constituted under applicable
university norms and regulatory requirements to maintain order,
fairness and accountability. It monitors student and faculty
conduct, considers complaints relating to academic or
behavioural misconduct, and recommends or implements appropriate
action according to established university procedures.

Objectives of the Committee
Ensure that students and staff comply with the university
code of conduct and applicable regulations regarding
discipline, ethics and responsible behaviour.
Review and investigate complaints relating to academic
or behavioural misconduct and recommend appropriate
disciplinary measures in accordance with established
procedures.
Foster respect, integrity and accountability through
awareness programmes, workshops, orientation sessions
and student guidance.
Maintain appropriate records of complaints, proceedings
and actions while following applicable university
regulations and procedural requirements.

How to Report Discipline Violations

Email Submission
Send complaints regarding disciplinary violations to
discipline@ethicsuniversityuk.com.
Include relevant details and supporting information wherever
applicable.

In-Person
Students may visit the Committee Office or Dean Student
Affairs to submit a complaint or seek guidance regarding
disciplinary procedures.

leadership and includes representatives from administration,
faculty and students. The committee works collectively to
review reported matters and support fair, transparent and
